Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -
Full-time position supporting our Family Medicine Residency Program physicians. Position requires clinical experience in a physician’s office or outpatient setting, appropriate nursing skills and credentials, good communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care. Telephone triage experience is a plus Person filling this position will work daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
Technical Assistance Specialist– Full Time position responsible for assisting primary care/pediatric practices within 9-county service region with electronic health records (EHR) systems, including implementation, systems support and use. Position is a 2-year grant funded position. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Training and extensive experience in EHR support, product management and systems implementation needed. Experience with Crystal Report Writing a plus. Extensive local travel required.
Information Technology Specialist – Part Time position. Requires 2 or 4 year degree in computer related field and 2-3 years experience indirect technical support in a healthcare or related environment. Must possess proven experience in performance tuning and evaluation, problem determination, performance analysis, problem management, change management, configuration management and operation management. Experience working on or with EHR implementation is desired. Up-to-date experience with troubleshooting of PCs and peripheral equipment. A+ Certification a plus. Extensive regional travel required.
Mental Health Project Coordinator ( Part Time/20 hours per week) - Positions responsible for planning/implementing/evaluating evidence based-mental health practices training programs. Bachelor’s degree required. Masters Degree in Psychology with clinical focus preferred. Related degrees in counseling or social work with appropriate experience considered. Minimum or 2 years direct clinical mental health treatment experience is required. Experience developing training educational programs preferred for both openings. Experience with tobacco cessation programming preferred for full time opening. Strong interpersonal communication skills, proficiency at managing multiple projects and ability to collaborate with multiple individuals from varying backgrounds and geographic locations required. Family Physician – Faculty position in our unopposed dually accredited residency is well supported by our hospital and our community.
