1. You must be currently enrolled in a School of Nursing at one of the following programs in the SR-AHEC Region:
   • Bladen County Community College
   • Fayetteville State University
   • Fayetteville Technical Community College
   • Richmond Community College
   • Robeson Community College
   • Sampson Community College
   • Sandhills Community College
   • UNC-Pembroke
2. Your commitment includes corresponding with your Mentor at least once every two weeks during your college experience.
3. Upon successful completion of your nursing degree, you will be asked to complete a short evaluation of the effectiveness of the E-Mentoring program.

Activities:
You will get to meet your Mentor face to face in a kick-off reception at the start of each semester.

E-mentoring will open you up to additional opportunities to learn from experienced healthcare professionals not only through the guidance and support your Mentor will provide, but also through access to the “Question of the Week” bulletin board, Sample NCCLEX questions that will be emailed to you and your Mentor to discuss on a regular basis and the opportunity for both you and your Mentor to attend short continuing education programs on topics such as Stress Management, Time Management and others for free through the SR AHEC Clinical Site Development Grant.
