Application
- Applications accepted only through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) to apply via the Internet (http://www.aamc.org/audienceeras.htm).
- Applicants must have graduated from medical school within the last 2 years
- Applicants must have passed the boards (step 1 and 2)
Interview
- Contact Tawana to schedule an interview (910-678-7259).
- Interviews are conducted from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- Our program will provide housing and dinner the
evening prior to the interview. If you find
these days are not possible for you, please feel
free to inquire about alternatives.
- Applicants interview with several faculty
members, then lunch with residents. If you wish to
schedule an appointment to speak with Dr. Maharty,
please contact Michele Phipps at (910) 678-7260.
- Dr. Donald Maharty will be among the faculty who interview osteopathic residents.
- A tour of Cape Fear Valley Hospital is conducted and, if time permits, a tour of Fayetteville is offered.
