Southern Regional Area Heath Education Center (SR-AHEC) is one of nine Area Heath Education Centers (AHEC) in North Carolina. We are proudly affiliated with Duke University School of Medicine and support our medical residency by training family physicians and other health care professionals and providing primary health care for families in Cumberland County.
We have an opportunity available for an experienced Clinic Administrator to manage and oversee administrative duties in our Family Medicine Center and Family Medicine Residency Program. Responsible for planning, staffing, budgeting and coordination of activities to ensure effective and efficient delivery of quality healthcare. This position will report directly to the Vice-President of Clinical Education and Services (CEAS).
Position prefers a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least five (5) years healthcare management experience. Licensure in a clinical discipline strongly preferred. Advanced computer skills in the areas of data management essential. Requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration, patient care and teamwork.
