Responsible for Electronic Medical Record clinical and billing systems support, workflow training and education. Responsible for the ongoing build, update/upgrade implementation of organization’s EMR application (athenaHealth) including: overall process and monitoring of user and provider accounts, staff training and orientation, maintenance, and on-going operational support of the EMR in the Family Medicine Clinic. Monitor and support both onsite and virtual conferences. Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate Degree required in computer related field. Two years’ experience in healthcare, preferably ambulatory healthcare preferred. At least one year’s experience using athenaHealth or other EMR preferred. Strong communication, problem solving and training skills a must. Experience with Office 365, Docebo, Track-it, Zoom, Webex required. EOE
