Opportunity for a practice coach/consultant to provide “hands-on” transformation services in primary care and OBGYN practice sites in a nine-county region. Position will provide project management for individual practices involved in a grant-funded quality improvement and health IT initiative all leading to improved clinical outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in health related field plus two years’ experience in the healthcare setting. Strong health IT skills a plus. OBGYN practice experience strongly preferred.
