HOW COVID-19 WILL AFFECT CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
The health and well-being of our continuing professional development customers is our highest priority. Southern Regional AHEC and its Continuing Professional Development Department are actively engaged in monitoring the status and impact of COVID-19. We are monitoring and following all guidance and directives provide by the Centers for Disease Control. Southern Regional AHEC has a COVID-19 taskforce to ensure that we respond to changes quickly and appropriately. In addition, we are participating in the NC AHEC COVID-19 taskforce.
As this public health situation continues to develop, Southern Regional AHEC will strive to keep you informed. Southern Regional AHEC staff will contact customers directly if any continuing professional development events are cancelled, rescheduled or reformatted for web-based learning. If Southern Regional AHEC cancels an event due to this situation, registrants will receive a 100% refund.
