Facilities Manager


Responsibilities include: Manages, plans and directs overall maintenance of Southern Regional Area Health Education Center’s facilities and related services including facility maintenance, safety programs, custodial, security, HVAC, grounds, vehicle maintenance, preventative maintenance, and student housing.  Manage entrance screening operations to ensure patient, customer and employee safety. Reports directly to the Vice President for Administration and Finance.

 

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.  Minimum of three years of facilities management experience to include facilities maintenance and repair, facilities safety operations, equipment procurement, and fleet maintenance, preferably in a health care or educational organization. Proficient use of Microsoft Office required.  Competitive salary and benefits.  EOE.
