We are seeking a Practice Support Coach to provide hands on transformation services to ambulatory care practices across a nine county region and additional sites in North Carolina. This position plays a key role in rural health administrative coaching, project management, and supporting grant funded quality improvement and health IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on site coaching to ambulatory care practices

• Support rural health administrative protocols and workflow improvement

• Manage project activities tied to quality improvement and health IT initiatives

• Collaborate with practice teams to strengthen operations and clinical outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health related field

• Minimum two years of rural health administrative experience, or equivalent experience in rural practice management and EHR implementation

• Strong health IT skills preferred.
