Southern Regional AHEC is actively recruiting for a Registered/Certified Medical Assistant to perform population health/quality improvement duties within our Population Health Department. The responsibilities include providing coverage for clinical patient care within the Specialty Clinic on occasion. Population Health duties include assisting with quality metric reviews and preventative gap closures. Must have excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills. Documentation of successful completion of Medical Assistant Certification required. At least two years of relevant work experience is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
