Opportunity for a Practice Support Coach to provide “hands-on” transformation services in a variety of practice sites in a nine-county region and beyond. Position will provide project management for individual practices involved in a grant- funded quality improvement and health IT initiative all leading to improved clinical outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in health-related field plus two years’ experience in a healthcare setting or, equivalent combination of training and extensive experience in practice management or EHR systems implementation or EHR consulting. Strong health IT skills a plus. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
